Our minimum guest count is 40 people.
We can host up to 100 guests for a seated reception and between 150 to 200 for a cocktail-style event, with space to flow out onto the rustic verandah.
We provide 2 church pews, 20 matching chairs and a rustic signing table. Wine barrels are also available to incorporate into your ceremony styling.
Our packages include exclusive venue hire, access to all key spaces and use of the property for your ceremony, photos and reception. Food and beverages are included based on your selected package, along with standard glassware, cutlery and crockery. Some furniture is included and we can assist with hiring additional pieces to suit your style.
Dates are limited due to our exclusive use approach, so we recommend enquiring early. A 30% deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
Completely. Yering Farm is a blank canvas with character. You can bring your own stylist or work with our recommended suppliers to create a look that feels uniquely yours. Please note that permanent fixings such as screws are not permitted.

Yes, and we highly recommend it. We’re open 7 days a week from 10am to 4pm for general visits. For a dedicated wedding viewing, we suggest booking an appointment so we can spend time with you.
Yes. Our wines can be tasted at cellar doors and our event partner Essential Catering & Events hosts regular menu tastings that you can book into.
Yes, you’re welcome to come onsite for pre wedding photos.
You’ll be spoiled for choice. From vineyards and open fields to rustic textures, red brick silos and winery backdrops, everything is within walking distance so you don’t lose valuable time travelling.
Ceremonies can be scheduled from 3:30pm during winter (AEST) and from 4:00pm during daylight savings (DST), allowing for a relaxed lead-in to your celebration once the cellar door closes and the venue becomes exclusively yours.
Due to our liquor licence, all events must conclude by 11pm.
Suppliers can access the reception space from 3pm on Saturdays. There is more flexibility on other days.
Decorations can be dropped off the day before your wedding. We can assist with placing items such as bonbonnieres and name cards when setting up on the day.
All items must be removed the day after your wedding, preferably by 10am.
You’re fully covered. Our reception barn doubles as a beautiful wet weather ceremony option, or the old stables can be transformed. You’ll never need to compromise on atmosphere or style.
In addition to fixed lighting on the barn exterior, we have festoon lighting running from the bar to the old stables.
The barn is equipped with both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
